Mind Blast suggestion
I kind of like this skill, but IMO it'd be a lot better if it were in Energy Storage. How about move it to there and make it's damage component based on whatever you have invested in your other el lines and make the energy gained based on E-storage. If that's too difficult just keep it as fire or maybe chaos damage.
I'm suggesting this because it is one of the best elite skills for els, but it is only usable by fire els and I'd like it to have a little more versitility (I'd be happy with a slight damage trade off if that'd keep it balanced as well).

Chaos damage is usually armor ignoring. And Energy Storage has already a whole huge lot of elites.

I wasn't aware mind blast did a lot of damage in the first place.
Bad idea. Each ele attribute features different strengths in the multiple facets of a team, i.e. defense, offense, support. For example, I'd say fire is mainly damage (I'd argue it can be used defensively in at least PvP). Energy storage is a vice used by eles to allow you to do what you want in the other attributes. There's no reason mind blast should be in energy storage.

Actually, the only skill that really manages appropriately Exhaustion is unlinked, the Glyph of Energy, XD.
They should link it, like making it affect 2 skills with EnSto 16. Almost no one puts EnSto at 16.
But even if they have limited use, they are still a lot of them. And Fire is fine with that one.

Just a thought. I guess a mod can lock this one unless there's something postive to be said about the idea.

It's already amazing, why do we need to change it's attribute? There's no real point.

Honestly, OP, what part of "BLAST" do you not understand? Blast is an explosion, and explosion usually initiates from a spark and fire. So it wouldn't make ANY sense whatsoever to put it in energy storage. Energy Storge is for energy management, not damage. The only skill I think is in ES that deals damage is Energy Blast. Deal with it. There are many other energy management skills. If you don't have much energy management in water, earth, or air, quit QQing and change to fire ele.

Alright, I think we get the point. Besides, Winterclaw seems to want this closed now. Suggestion made, suggestion turned down. Move on.
